There were a few StocsLite games, but I can't remember the specific
one you are referring to.  The was also The 23rd Letter, by a Northern
company whose name evades me now.  Alan McNevin did a small run on
Dark Obsidian.  Not sure if Unholy War ever saw print.

Have there been any published, Irish roleplaying games?

I'm defining that as games written by an author based here or from here, and
for sale at any price. Ideally, with content owned by the creator, or by a
small group or company. So I'm not thinking of Gar Hanrahan's contributions
to Mongoose, say.

I can only think of one - an X-Files inspired conspiracy game using the
STOCS-lite system, published in 1994 or so. I can't remember what it was
called.

Star Trek Online - www.startrekonline.com - has been live for the past week,
and its available in retail shops now.  The game is awesome for all
Trekkies, and pretty damn good even if you're not into all things Trek.
