The Protectorate refers to the ruined buildings now inhabitated by the Midwayers as "the courtyards on the western border" or "patrol point 18, western district".

- Im not saying anything, just pointing out that the same day Church showed up he just happens to be able to fill the position of a religious man, he just happens to volunteer to look for the Preacher and he just happens to get involved in a gunfight that gets Reach killed, thats a lot of "just happens to"
